Gloxii Shipping & Delivery

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of order confirmation, provided payment has cleared.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping & Delivery Timeline

  • Metro & Major Cities (within India): 2–4 business days

  • Other Cities / Towns (within India): 4–7 business days

* These timeframes are estimates only. Actual delivery may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, natural events, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) are calculated at checkout and clearly displayed before payment.

  • For certain promotional offers or purchase thresholds (e.g., over ₹X), shipping may be offered free of cost — if applicable.

4. Shipment Tracking & Notifications

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email (and/or SMS) containing a tracking number and a link to the courier’s tracking page.

  • You can use this tracking information to monitor your parcel until delivery.

5. Delivery Confirmation & Risk

  • Upon delivery, please inspect the package carefully. If the parcel appears damaged or tampered with, you have the right to refuse acceptance — note it on the courier’s receipt.

  • Once the package is accepted by you (or someone at the delivery address), the risk passes to you.

6. Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances

  • If there is a significant delay in shipment or delivery due to events beyond our control (e.g. courier issues, weather, public holidays), we will notify you via email or SMS as soon as possible, with an updated estimated delivery date.

  • We are not liable for delays beyond our control, but we commit to assisting you in tracking and resolving shipment issues with the courier.

7. International Shipping / Export (if up for future expansion)

  • Currently, we ship only within India.

  • If we offer international shipping later, separate shipping charges, customs, duties, and longer delivery times will apply. These will be clearly stated at checkout.
