2. Eligibility

3. Product Information

We reserve the right to correct errors, update product details, or stop selling any product at any time without notice.

4. Pricing and Payment

All product prices on the Site are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and include all applicable taxes.

We accept the following payment methods:

• Debit/Credit Cards

• UPI

• Net Banking

• Cash on Delivery (COD) (available for orders up to ₹5,000 only)

Full payment must be made at the time of placing the order (except for COD). By entering your payment details, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

5. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Placing an order on our Site does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel or refuse orders for reasons including:

• Product being out of stock

• Payment failure

• Invalid shipping address

• Suspected fraud or misuse

You may cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it. After this window, orders are processed and cannot be canceled.

6. Shipping and Delivery

• We currently ship only within India.

• Shipping charges and estimated delivery times vary based on your location.

• You will receive a tracking link once your order is shipped.

• Delivery dates are estimates and may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, courier delays, etc.).

Once we hand over your order to the courier, the risk of loss or damage passes to you.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Damaged Items

Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

You may be eligible for a refund only if:

• The item you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• You report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the product.

• You provide clear evidence, such as an unboxing video showing the problem.

Refund Process:

• Once we review and approve your request, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method.

• Refunds take 6–8 business days to process.

Note: Orders that have already been shipped cannot be returned or canceled unless the product is defective.
